My name is Faye Robinson, I have a keen interest in sports and throughout school I competed in the ulster schools team for field events. I had two kids and gained a lot of weight during both pregnancies and after my son was born I was upset with myself sitting at a size 24 after gaining 4 stone during pregnancy, so I studied and became a Personal Trainer as I didn’t just want to exercise I wanted to know why you exercise in different formats and I was fascinated by the fact that simple manipulation of the diet can alter the results depending on the goals and objectives. From there I went on to study different courses, constantly learning and improving my knowledge.
