Who all do I cater for?
I cater for male and females of all ages.
What age do you have to be?
I will train people of any age starting at 14 with parents’ permission and signed consent form (under 16 parents are required to be on premises, but don’t have to take part.
Where are you located?

What type of exercises do you do?
I offer a range of exercises that suits everyone. With personal training or group training the exercises will be suitable for everyone and can be regressed or progressed to suit your exercise experience or fitness level.
I’m nervous of the gym, and a bit apprehensive that people will be looking at me, is it all men or all females at the gym?
tHE GYM IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, DURING CLASS IT IS ONLY PEOPLE WITH THE SAME MINDSET AND COMMON GOAL AS YOU WHO WILL BE THERE - THERE WILL BE NO JUDGEMENT AND TOP COACHES TO HELP YOU THERE ALONG THE WAY, SO THERE IS NOTHING TO BE SCARED OF.

I want personal training, but I haven’t exercised in years and I’m very unfit, can I do this?
Every session will be specific to you and suitable for your fitness level. The sessions will be progressive and programmed to increase fitness, endurance, muscle tone etc specific to your goals that we have discussed.
What happens in the first session?
We have a consultation about your goals, you receive any paperwork such as dietary guidelines etc, you get measured/weighed/ photographed* (depending on service selected) then a workout
What do I wear or bring with me?
Wear comfortable gym clothing that you can move freely in and bring a bottle of water with you.
I want to do this online how do I do that?
Select the service that you are after, complete the contact me form and I will contact you about it.
Do you offer online plans?
Yes, they are coming soon, and you can choose at home workouts or gym-based workouts, whatever you prefer.
I have a health issue; can you help me?
Yes, I am currently qualifying in GP referral (tbc DEC 2018*) which means I can cater for a range of health conditions and help to rehabilitate you or introduce you back to exercise with a health condition.
I am just after having a baby, can I exercise?
If you have had the 6-8-week post-partum check-up and have been given the all clear, you can start to exercise again. I am specialising in pre and post-natal (tbc DEC 2018) which will mean I can coach you throughout pregnancy* and post birth also (*subject to satisfactory health and no complications of pregnancy)
